How long is the shelf life?
Pete’s pasta is shelf stable and is enjoyed best within 3 years. Please store your Pete’s pasta is a cool, dry space to ensure good freshness.
I cooked Pete’s pasta and it’s too hard/soft.
Pete’s Pasta is a bit different from traditional pasta, so it might take a little practice to get it just right. If it’s too hard, try cooking it a bit longer next time - just a minute or two more should do the trick. If it’s too soft, reduce the cooking time by a minute or two. Remember to taste-test as you go to achieve your perfect texture. Every stove and pot is a little different, so don’t hesitate to adjust the timing to your preference. Is Pete’s pasta allergen-free?
Pete’s Pasta contains Modified Wheat Starch, Wheat Protein, Durum Wheat, and Wheat Fiber, so it is not suitable for those with wheat or gluten allergies. We prioritize transparency and want to ensure you have all the information you need to enjoy our pasta safely. If you have any other dietary concerns or allergies, please check the full ingredient list on our packaging or website.

What is the return/refund policy?
At Pete’s Pasta, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@petespasta.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned product.
Do you sell Pete’s in stores?
Pete’s is mainly being sold online at the moment, but we look forward to expanding into retail soon!

Do you ship internationally?
Not just yet! At the moment, we only ship within the USA; but, we hope to introduce Pete’s to the rest of the world soon. Feel free to DM us on Insta and let us know where you’d like to see Pete’s come to next.
Can I get my order expedited?
You have an option to ship via UPS 2nd Day Air to expedite your order. Orders placed after 12PM CST will ship out the following business day. Weekend orders will ship out the following Monday. If you need your order faster, we suggest placing it between Sunday-Wednesday to help ensure you receive your Pete’s with express service or upgrade the shipping carrier option for guaranteed 2-day shipping.

We strive for timely delivery; therefore, we release Pete’s packages without signature requirements, and cannot be deemed responsible for errors by UPS or USPS. To ensure a smooth delivery you can help by: Double-checking your confirmation email for accurate address details and unit numbers. Closely track your package and alert us to any issues or building restrictions you may have. If your building is locked, doesn’t have a mailroom area etc., please consider contacting the carrier with your tracking information to arrange special instructions (e.g., leaving packages at the front entrance or with a concierge).
I included that wrong shipping address at checkout. What can I do?
